- ➤ On Monday, the NJ Assembly approved a bill to protect privately owned woodlands by creating a state fund—financed by federal dollars, state funds and private donations—to purchase easements on properties with at least 5 contiguous acres, allowing owners to conserve land without forced public access. - ➤ NJ TRANSIT is offering a language survey on its website for customers with limited English proficiency to assess and improve service tools.
