- ➤ Abel Mathukutty, an 18-year-old from Parsippany, was charged with leaving the scene of a fatal crash on Route 37 in Toms River on May 24 when his Infiniti hit a Mercedes—killing the driver and leaving the passenger in critical condition—before police took him into custody. Daily Record
