GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Attorney General Platkin and Consumer Affairs acted on Thursday against nine out-of-state retailers for unlicensed alcohol sales into New Jersey—two received Notices of Violation with $4,000 penalties while seven agreed to stop selling and pay a $2,000 civil penalty each.
