➤ Three new restaurants will soon open in North Jersey. Toastique at 70 Speedwell Ave in Morristown will open Aug 2 serving gourmet toasts and smoothie bowls, MM by Morimoto at 193 Glenridge Ave in Montclair will begin accepting reservations on July 31, and Dream360 at American Dream in East Rutherford will offer a hibachi steakhouse with a cocktail bar and Topgolf simulators during set hours. ➤ Interstate 280 lanes will close nightly from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. starting today through Thursday for a federally funded $12M upgrade of the Passaic River bridge between East Hanover and Roseland — the project will include abutment upgrades, guiderail and wildlife fence installation, and is expected to finish by fall 2029.
