On Tuesday, August 5, towns in Northwest New Jersey will host National Night Out to promote positive relationships between community and police — events at parks, municipal buildings and recreation areas are set from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. — local residents can join in these planned festivities.

The New Jersey Unclaimed Property Administration is urging Morristown residents to check an online database for unclaimed funds such as dormant bank accounts, uncashed checks, and forgotten deposits—residents can fill out a claim form and provide proof of identity, with no fee charged for the process.
