- ➤ A Morris Plains woman named Marcie B. Levinson, 60, was arrested on Friday night for DUI and other charges after her black sedan crashed off Franklin Road into the woods near the train overpass in Denville Township—she was later released to a sober friend pending her court appearance. - ➤ A Morristown man was arrested in Mount Olive Township after he allegedly tricked a victim by selling lab-grown diamonds as real stones, misleading the buyer by up to $23,800—he faces charges of theft by deception, criminal simulation, and tampering with records and is released pending a court hearing.
