The Morristown Council voted on Sept.9 to award $100,000 from opioid settlement funds to Mrs. Wilson’s Treatment Center — a nonprofit that helps women recover from addiction and trauma.
Mayor Timothy Dougherty said a ceremonial check will be given to center representatives on Sept.15 to support its programs.

New Jerseyans have been warned to stop using children’s pajama sets, toys, multivitamin bottles and mini beauty fridges after recalls were issued because they may cause burns, choking, poisoning and fire hazards—companies In My Jammers, Yiwu Shiyi Trading, Blueroot Health and Epoca International provided steps for safe disposal and refunds.
