- ➤ New Jersey residents have until Oct. 31 to apply for the ANCHOR property tax relief program—homeowners and renters who meet income and residency rules may receive relief checks up to amounts based on age, and payments will be sent within 90 days of application. - ➤ New Jersey allocated $130.7 million from its opioid settlement funds to expand harm reduction programs and support families by adding 10 new centers to 45 existing ones & providing $12 million in grants to community nonprofits.
