➤ NJ Transit announced extra rail, bus and light rail service during the Thanksgiving period—free rides for children under its Family SuperSaver program run from 7 p.m. Nov. 26th to 2 a.m. Jan. 5th, 2026. Extra early getaway service begins at 2 p.m. Nov. 26th from New York, Newark and Hoboken to ease heavy holiday travel. WRNJ Radio
➤ A Senate committee in Trenton approved a bill sponsored by Sen. Raj Mukherji that would set up an air traffic controller loan redemption program and provide grants to public colleges for aviation training and research on unexplained aerial phenomena. Eligible New Jersey residents may have up to $100,000 in student loans forgiven after four years of service—helping to build a stronger local aviation workforce. WRNJ Radio
