Affinity Federal Credit Union members donated 2,000 pounds of food to local food banks as part of the 2nd annual NJ Food Cooperative drive—donations were collected at branches in Flemington, Hillsborough, and Basking Ridge to help fight food insecurity.

A World War II artifact called the Merci Train is traveling to NJ; it was given by France in 1949 for help in the war and was later found in disrepair in Kansas City.

It will be unveiled at the United Railroad Historical Society in Boonton on Sunday and will be rededicated and rebuilt.
